  1. We Love Fire Protection Plans is a service contract. The obligor under this contract is Northcoast Warranty Services, Inc., 800 Superior Ave. E. 21st St Fl, Cleveland, OH 44114 except in FL. In FL, the obligor is Technology Insurance Company, Inc. (license # 03605). The administrator of this program is Servify US, Inc., 1234 Johnson Rd, Suite 350, Allen, TX 75013. The obligations of the provider are insured under a service contract reimbursement insurance policy issued by Wesco Insurance Company. You are not required to purchase this plan. Coverage available through this plan may duplicate coverage available through your ‘homeowners’, ‘renters’, or other insurance policy. The purchase of this plan is optional and is not a requirement to the sale or lease of any product. You may cancel this Plan at any time by contacting the seller. The product being offered is a service contract and is separate and distinct from any product or service warranty which may be provided by the manufacturer, importer, or seller.
